    (Identify what guides your decisions in life, the core values you will live by – for example honesty, discipline, love)
  2. What are my biggest dreams and aspirations?
    (When you think about your biggest dreams what do you imagine? don’t hold back and let you imagine run wild!)
  3. What accomplishments am I most proud of?
    (in the past what were some accomplishments big or small that made YOU (not others) feel proud and appreciative of yourself, reflect on your journey so far.)

Inspiration and Motivation

  1. What inspires me?
    (Consider people, quotes, or experiences that motivate you. things that ignite you and make you feel excited about doing something!)
  2. What makes me feel passionate and alive?
    (Identify activities or topics that excite you when you think about that, dancing, painting, researching, writing etc.)
  3. Who do I admire and why?
    (are there any people in real life or virtual personalities you look upto? who are they and why you admire them?)

Goals and Aspirations

  1. What specific goals do I want to achieve this year?
    (things about the next one year, what specific things you wish to achieve? Break it down into tangible objectives.)
  2. In what areas of my life do I want to see growth?
    (reflect each area of your life ans think where you want see growth most, aspects like career, health, and relationships.)

Visual Inspiration

  1. What images or symbols resonate with my dreams?
    (Think about visuals that inspire you.)
  2. What quotes or affirmations empower me?
    (Find words that motivate you.)
  3. How do I want to feel in different areas of my life (career, relationships, health)?
    (Focus on emotions as well as outcomes.)

Emotional Connection

  1. How do I want to feel on a daily basis?
    (Focus on the emotions you wish to cultivate.)
  2. What experiences do I want to create?
    (Consider travel, hobbies, or personal milestones.)

Overcoming Challenges

  1. What fears do I need to confront to move forward?
    (when thinking about these dreams and goals what fears pops p? list them all and acknowledge any barriers to your dreams.)
  2. What obstacles do I foresee, and how can I overcome them?
    (as you make the list of fears and obstacles, ask yourself what is the worst that could happen? How can I overcome the obstacles, do I need courage or tangible solutions?)
  3. What limiting beliefs do I need to let go of?
    (Identify any negative self-talk that holds you back. -for ex – I can because I am not good at it )

Action Planning

  1. What small steps can I take to start today?
    (Think of small immediate or inspired actions you can take towards these dream list them all.)
  2. Who can support me on this journey?
    (Identify mentors, friends, or resources.)

Visioning the Future

  1. Where do I see myself in five years?
    (Imagine your ideal future in detail.)
  2. How will achieving these goals change my life?
    (Reflect on the impact of your dreams and how would you feel?)
21. How does my gut/ body reacts the I think about these goals and vision ?

When I think about all the vision and dreams I wish to do, one by one as I think of them, how does my body react to it? notice for each of them!

How to use these vision Board journal prompts to make your dream board

These 21 questions can help you identify you passions, dream life and goals you want to focus on the most

Now using these prompts and the lists and answers you have written down, list them down on priority basis

  • for goals and passions look for images that resonate with your dreams
  • for fears and limiting beliefs, look for affirmations that can help you reprogram that negative self-talk – for example if your limiting belief is ” I am not good enough” your affirmations will be “I am enough just as I am”
  • also look for images that relates to the immediate action you have listed and take those actions immediately after you make your board or even before (the faster the better)

As you identify how your gut and body reacts to each dream you can know how few of them feels aligned with your inner soul

some asking for overcoming fear and some showing that its not what you want

release the new that don’t align, write affirmations for the ones require courage and add the ones that aligns with you on your bpard
