Each season has something unique to offer us different from another, and that is what makes these seasons so special because you cannot get it from any other!

Which is why the best way to enjoy all seasons is to indulge in the unique season activities its brings! Here is how!

  • Focus on seasonal activities and traditions
  • Find beauty in the changing landscape
  • Adjust daily routines to match seasonal patterns

2. Indoor/Outdoor Balance

Some season like summer and springs makes us step out of the house and plan tons of outdoor activities whereas fall and winter makes us stay indoors and get cozy up.

Depending on the season you can adjust your outdoor and indoor times and plan relaxing activities for example:

  • Create cozy indoor spaces for winter
  • Plan outdoor activities suitable for each season
  • Adapt new exercise routines seasonally

3. Seasonal Food and Cooking

One of my favorite things about each season are the seasonal foods we get to taste like mango in summer, strawberries and pumpkin in winters

We get to enjoy fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables and it hits totally different when you eat them in their season itself!! To enjoy seasonal foods you can:

  • Cook with in-season ingredients and enjoy its nutritional benefits as well!
  • Try seasonal recipes and cooking methods and share with your family and friends!
  • Visit farmers’ markets throughout the year to get seasonal produce

4. Natural Decor Elements

Our environment deeply influences our life from our mood to our personal growth, it indirectly affects everything

By indulging in the uniqueness of each season and adding those elements in your environment aka your home, office , car or clothes

You feel different too! It does not matter if its your favourite season or not, by adding the seasons natural element in your surrounding will indirectly improve your mood and

Which is why you can:

  • Bring nature indoors through flowers, branches, leaves and add them as decor in corners of your home
  • Rotate decorations to reflect current season, it reminds you of how you are entering a new season of your life!
  • Use seasonal colors in home decor through pillow cover, blanket etc

5. Mindful Seasonal Transitions

Changing seasons can help us pause and take moment to be mindful and reflect on our life when we get caught on running on that hamsters wheel!

  • Create seasonal bucket lists
  • Document seasonal changes through photos or journaling
  • Reflect on your life and how you feel about your yourself, mood and transition that is happening
