Intuition is the inner voice or inner gut that knows us more than anyone. The intuition is always right.

But, in this world, where we are told to live as per society, what should be done and what not. It has gotten difficult for us to listen

Intuitive Journaling is a way to let your inner voice speak through writing and experiencing yourself in a journal.

This helps us be honest with ourselves and follow our intuition easily!

However, you can practice any journal prompts in the area you want an answer from.

You can also set a habit to journal your thoughts and feeling every day to open yourself up to express yourself.

The more you start expressing your real feeling and thoughts the more you will be able to connect with your intuition easily.

  • Sit in a quiet place, alone to avoid disturbances
  •  Be Honest and avoid what others think or what makes look right to society and be honest
  •  Observe your feeling and notice where are they coming from
  •  Take a deep breath
