How to organize your life in one month

How to get your life organized in 30 days

30 days might seem short, but it’s enough to make significant strides in organizing your life. Let’s break down a potential plan:

Week 1: Simplify and analyse

Clean a Physical Space:

Cleaning your physical space is the easiest way to organize your life, trust me

Our physical spaces are usually messy when everything in our life feel disorganised and starting with this gives an immediate calm and relief of min

Start with your immediate surroundings. Declutter your room, workspace, and common areas. Donate, sell, or discard items you no longer need.

Clean your Digital Space:

In this century, digital space is more cluttered than physical sometimes I feel,

Phots, folders, files, contacts, mails – all are just flooded with things we don’t need and are too cluttered

Organize your computer, phone, and email. Delete unnecessary files, unsubscribe from unwanted emails, and create a clear folder structure.

I have written two detailed post on this topic that gives you step by step guide on how to declutter your digital space and also on how to organize your phone!

Reflect areas of your life :

Once you have decluttered your physical and digital space, you will find yourself feeling so much CALMER and relaxed

The magical difference it makes in your life to have a clutter free space is insane!

Now this will keep in perfect mental being to sit and reflect on areas of your life to organize them for the rest of the days!

Reflect on different areas of your life: health, relationships, career, finances, and personal growth. Identify areas that need improvement.

Ask yourself one by one going to each area

  • Where I am at in this specific area of my life
  • How do I feel about being here
  • What change do you I want
  • Why do I want this change
  • What will these changes will make me feel in long term
  • How can I make these changes

It can take a while going through each question for all the areas but it will help you learn about yourself and your vision for each so you can work on them better!

Social Media Digital Detox: Minimise Distractions

Since we are on 30 day organising our life journey, we do not want to get caught in distractions the leads us to procrastinate and push us away from our goals

Social media detox is definitely one thing that keeps us scrolling for hours eating up our time

A part of the reason why our life feels all over place is because so much time is wasted on social media

How about you take 1 month digital detox, delete these apps for a month to truly focus on organising your life?

If it feels too strict for you, it’s fine! Instead of taking 30 days, you can take few days in the week or hours off media and set a limit!

Limit screen time, especially on social media. Take breaks from technology to reduce stress and improve focus.

While this is a common distraction, there can be more depending on your individual habits, you can keep a check on these things and focus on minimising them!

Getting a planner or notebook is best for this week as we will be doing a lot of brainstorming on Organising your life.

Divide larger goals into smaller, manageable steps. This will make them less overwhelming.

Visualize

Creating the vision board will help you motivate and visualise the organised life you aspire for yourself as if you have it already!

Visualize the version of you that is one that vision board and imagine what would that person will be doing everyday to live those things?

Breathe And relax : Remember to breathe and relax in between the week of brainstorming !
